SpirixBar offers a subscription-based bar operations management system, including inventory tracking, sales monitoring, and staff management.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account and provide accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Pricing: Monthly (KES 5,000) or yearly (KES 55,000) subscription.
• Payment: Payments processed through M-Pesa.
• Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features belong to Abena Enterprises Ltd and are protected by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Abena Enterprises Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of SpirixBar.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
